Increase in utility allowances

Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Gulzar Ahmad on Monday approved an increase in the utility allowances of the Supreme Court employees. SC Registrar has issued a notification in this connection.

The allowance of SC employees from grade 1-6 has been increased from Rs.4,500 to Rs.6,000, while that of employees from grade 7-10, from Rs.6,000 to Rs.8,000, the allowance of staffers from grade 11-15, from Rs.6,000 to Rs.12,000 while the allowance of employees from grade 16-22 has been doubled.

An increase in the utility allowances of SC employees will be applicable from March 1, 2021.
