Mr. Sajid Baloch a BS-21 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service has been posted as Executive Director, National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training.

Mr. Sajid Baloch has 26 years’ experience of working in public sector and development sector, including United Nations.
