Kind appeal for justice
In Kulbhushan Jadhav’s case, the International Court of Justice has ruled in favour of Kulbhushan Jadhav, the International Court has extended the stay on the execution of Kulbhushan Jadhav and ordered the government of Pakistan to give the right of appeal to Indian prisoner Kulbhushan Jadhav.
The Government of Pakistan has passed a bill for this in the National Assembly amid the uproar and boycott of the opposition.
The bill aims to provide consular access to Kulbhushan Jadhav in line with the decision of the International Court of Justice (ICJ).
The Imran government is really appreciative for this effort and there is hope for justice for Jadhav’s family.
The Indian government recognizes Jadhav as a former naval officer, however denies his links with the government; and maintains that he took premature retirement and was possibly abducted from Iran. Justice is the right of any human being in any corner of the world.
We should not take away from anyone the right of justice. The world must ensure that no innocent person becomes guilty.
It is everyone’s right to get justice and it is also necessary to spread the law and bring awareness to the world level in order to reach justice to the common people.
My appeal to the International Court of Justice and the Government of Pakistan to bring justice to Kulbhushan Jadhav’s case..

Lost popularity
Present situation clearly suggests that a majority of people will not vote for Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in next elections.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi did nothing when people of India were dying outside banks while standing in long queues during the 2015 demonetisation drive.
He also did nothing when labourers and migrant workers were dying on roads after they were forced to flee their temporary homes during the 2020 lockdown.
Also he did nothing when people were dying outside hospitals due to lack of hospital beds and shortage of oxygen cylinders and Covid-19 vaccines in the country. In the middle of a pandemic, the PM, however, is busy campaigning for next elections.

Israeli, Palestinians and Pak role
The Balfour Declaration in 1917 was a public pledge by the UK to establish a Jewish State on the Palestinian land which caused the Arab-Israeli conflict. In 1967, Israel occupied Gaza, the West Bank and Jerusalem.
Like India-held Kashmir, the Palestinian issue is the longest outstanding issue which has not been resolved in more than seventy years.
The 1978 Camp David Accords were two key political agreements signed by Egyptian President Anwar Sadat and Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin, following negotiations at Camp David (US). The accords caused disintegration of a united Arab front to oppose Israel. Arab nations blamed Egypt for this unacceptable deal..
Earlier this year, Israeli troops used force on worshippers in the Al-Aqsa Mosque during Eid-ul-Fitr prayers, critically injuring many.
For eleven days, Israeli forces bombed Palestinian houses in Gaza and West Bank, killing more than 250 people including women and children. The UN Security Council addressed Israeli aggression despite the US veto.
Pakistan, Turkey and Malaysia spearheaded a landmark resolution for ending Israeli atrocities against Palestinians in the UN General Assembly, the Israeli delegation walking out when Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi addressed the Assembly. In the meantime PAF transports reached neighbouring Syria with medical and food supplies.
Israel’s PM Naftali Bennett labelled Pakistan as their number one enemy threatening military action against us.
Despite the Hamas-Israel ceasefire, the latter has continued a policy of aggression against the Palestinians, again attacking last week.
To date the UN and world powers have failed in securing justice for a nation that endured 73 years of brutal subjugation.
The 1.5 billion people of the Islamic world will have to unite to thwart the crimes against Palestinians by the rulers of the 2 crore-strong Jewish terrorist state.

Loopholes in judgement about SPSC
Recently, Sindh High Court Hyderabad Bench gave given judgement regarding SPSC, which has suspended the whole Act of 1989 of Sindh Public Service Commission.
Outcome of this suspension is that all the tests and results conducted since 1989 are suspended. Only one institution providing employment to the deserving candidates is now suspended.
It is not under the jurisdiction of High Court to suspend the act or to interfere in the legislation process.
In the same judgement, SHC also declared null and void the result of CCE-2018 in which hundreds of deserving candidates passed and allocated into different groups.
Most of them were the same candidates who were victimised before as in the judgement given by Supreme Court for declaring null and void the result of CCE-2013. Again they have been victimised.
Their hard work, struggle all has wasted and their future has been demolished. An appeal has been filed by the victims of for the review of the judgment.
So, now the ball is in the court of the Supreme Court and the SC should repeal this decision and must save the future of these deserving candidates.
