Says PM will never allow anyone to rob people of their rights

Special Assistant Punjab Chief Minister Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan on Friday said that politicians are talking against the facts on water distribution in the provinces and the fact is that the Sindh government is patronizing feudal lords who are stealing water.
“Punjab wants IRSA to play an active role and use modern technology including telemetry so that there is no dispute over water distribution.”
She said that on the territory of Punjab, water enters Sindh by travelling 2,600 square miles from Head Marla to Taunsa and this process wastes only 6% of water.
She said that water flows in an area of 600 square miles in Sindh while 39% of water is wasted in Sindh which is actually stolen by the fudals of Sindh and they have the patronage of Sindh provincial government.
She was addressing a press conference regarding ‘Service at Your Doorstep’ programme of Punjab. MD RWMC Owais Manzoor Tarar and Assistant Commissioner City Waqas Sikandari were also present on the occasion.
In response to a question, she said that Pindi is heart and oxygen saturation is at full level and all the arteries are fully open and active. Dr Firdous said that Prime Minister Imran Khan was leading on every issue and the country was now moving towards economic stability and development.
Replying to a question on Rawalpindi Ring Road, she was of the view that Prime Minister Imran Khan would not allow anyone to rob the people of their rights and would take action against them if necessary.
She said that the PTI government would be held equally accountable and no discrimination would be made in this matter whereas earlier the royal family used to distribute monkeys
. About PDM, Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan said that the power dream of fake princess will not come true and now the real competition is between N and Sheen League, and now her uncle is centre of all energies of the fake princess because PDM is over now.
The SACM said that with the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan and the everlasting sacrifices of Pakistan’s armed forces, terrorism has been eradicated from the country, this black mark on the country’s face has been erased and the country is linked to terrorism instead of terrorism. Now the introduction of tourism has started for which cleanliness is essential.
She said that today is a good time in the nation and the Diplomatic Corps is giving good news about Pakistan to its countries.
She said that Imran Khan has a leading role to take Pakistan out of difficult situations and the country is moving towards self-sufficiency and economic independence.
Firdous Ashiq Awan said that tourism is a source of economic growth, collecting taxes from tourists is the real target and the promotion of tourism is linked to sanitation in the country.
Dr Firdous said that Rawalpindi Waste Management Company has carried out 10292 cleaning activities in a week and 72 complaints were received on the ‘Service at Your Doorstep’ app, 70 have been resolved.
She said that 875 tonnes of construction waste was lifted under the program while 6,364 tonnes of other waste was disposed off.
