Chairman ICCI Founder Group M.Akram Farid hosted a lunche on in honor of newly elected Vice President FPCCI Nasir Mansoor Qureshi in which Senior Member of ICCI Founder Group Supreme Council. M. Akram Farid hosted a luncheon in which he was given congratulatory messages.
In his address, Chairman Mian Akram Farid congratulated Nasir M. Qureshi on being elected Vice President of the Federation and said that the election of Nasir Qureshi as Vice President of the Federation by UBG is a victory of truth and justice. It is a matter of pride for Founder Group.
The recent success is the result of unity in the ranks of the business community.
He said that in the budget, the Government should abolish all duties and taxes imposed on the import of industrial machinery and plants so that the industrial sector could upgrade itself by importing modern machinery and plants. The development of value-added products will also increase our exports manifold.
He said that the hotel industry has suffered a lot due to the outbreak of Corona virus so the Government should announce a special relief package for this sector in the budget.
He assured that the Founder Group and the ICCI would co-operate fully with the newly elected Vice President of the Federation, Nasir M. Qureshi, in their efforts to address the problems of the business community.
Expressing his views on the occasion, Senior Member of the Chamber and newly elected Vice President of the Capital Office of the Federation Nasir Qureshi thanked the Chairman of ICCI Founder Group Mian Akram Farid and all the participants on holding a congratulatory function in his honor.
He thanked the President and expressed his determination to play his full role in resolving the important issues of the business and industrial community of the region through the platform of the Federation.
