KP Food Authority seals two factories, arrests owners

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Food Safety and Halal Food Authority sealed two factories over substandard production and arrested the owners here on Saturday.
The KP Food Authority team on a tip-off raided two candies manufacturing factories in the provincial capital Peshawar.
During operation, both factories were sealed over use of substandard raw material in production of candies and poor cleanliness condition. Owners of the factories were also arrested who were being investigation. —INP
