The Lahore Waste Management Company is committed to maintaining the best possible cleanliness arrangements for the citizens.
In this regard, the department has made special cleanliness arrangements at Corona vaccination centres and deployed more than 60 workers. LWMC workers are performing their duties as frontline heroes for the safety of our citizens.
LWMC workers will perform their duties at all Corona vaccination centres set up by the district administration in each town.
CEO LWMC Imran Ali Sultan stated that LWMC workers have been serving the community on the front line providing exceptional cleanliness services. The services of LWMC sanitary workers are highly commendable and they are our frontline soldiers.
He added that the department is giving its best to maintain cleanliness in the city followed by timely lifting the solid waste from every nook and corner of the city. He also added that all areas of the provincial capital will be dealt with equally.
No matter what are the conditions LWMC is performing its duty in the field with full zeal and zest, from manual & mechanical sweeping to washing the roads, footpaths, pavements, bus stops, and providing services at Corona vaccination centres.
He further appealed that citizens should take precautionary measures and also cooperate with LWMC. Citizens should avoid littering and disposing of waste improperly.
