The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) continued with a bearish trend on the fourth consecutive session on Friday and the benchmark KSE-100 Index shed 600.76 points (-1.34 percent) to close at 44,262.35 points.
The KSE-100 Index traded in a range of 905.3 points, showing an intraday high of 45,056.90 and a low of 44,151.6. The selling pressure was primarily caused by end of roll-over week and short trading hours.
Among other indices, the KSE All Share Index shed 354.49 points (-1.17 percent) to close at 30,017.98 points.
