Amraiz Khan
Punjab Governor Chaudhry Sarwar has said that love and devotion of the Holy Prophet (SAWW) is a part of our faith and there will be no compromise on this matter.
The governor said that every single Muslim has immense love for Prophet Mohammad (SAWW) and disrespect of our beloved prophet is extremely hurtful for all Muslims.
Chaudhry Sarwar said that the time has come for the Muslim Ummah to unite so that no one in the world can disrespect the honour of the Prophet.
The West must also understand that those who blaspheme the Prophet are the greatest enemies of peace and humanity.
They should not only be barred from doing so but there should be strict legislation about it because this is not freedom of expression but it will incite violence and intolerance, he added.
The Punjab governor said that Prime Minister Imran Khan is initiating a campaign to unite Muslim countries around the world so this issue can be raised in the United Nations and European Union and when the entire Muslim world will be united, the world will have to pay heed to our demands.
The Benefactor of Humanity Hazrat Muhammad (SAWW) has taught peace, respect for humanity, equality and justice, he maintained.
