The 5th meeting of syndicate of University of Home Economics (UHE) held here on Tuesday.
The syndicate meeting was chaired by Higher Education Minister Raja Yasir Humayun. The Syndicate committee approved several agendas including revised budget, construction and expansion of admin block with different construction projects of UHE, and gave formal approval of New Departments with few amendments’ agendas of Academic Council, Finance & Planning and Department was also part of formal approvals of syndicate.
Mr Nadeem Mahboob, Secretary HED, UHE Vice-Chancellor Prof-Dr Kanwal Ameen; VC University of Sialkot Prof-Dr Ruksana Kasur; GCU Prof Emeritus Prof-Dr Khalid Hamid Sheikh; Chairperson & Prof. FC College Prof Dr Ghazala Irfan; MPA Ms.
Neelam Hayat Malik; MPA Ms Rashida Khanum and representatives of Secretary Law & Parliamentary and the secretary Financea attended the meeting.
The meeting settled all the agenda items and the committee appreciated the effort of VC Prof Dr Kanwal Ameen and her team for going all out to make UHE a hub of progressive and modern learning.
