Uplift of agri sector top priority of govt: Gardezi

Punjab Agriculture Minister Syed Hussain Jahanian Gardezi has said that uplift of agriculture sector and facilitating the farmers is among top priorities of the incumbent government for which it is making all out efforts.

These views were expressed by him while presiding over a meeting with the representatives of farmers’ organizations in Lahore on Thursday.

Syed Hussain Jahanian Gardezi said that special recommendations would be sent to the Federal Government for discount in electricity bills on tube wells to facilitate the farmers.
