Turkish businessmen keen to explore investment opportunities in Pakistan

A delegation of the business community led by Qurban Ali, Chairman, FPCCI Capital Office Islamabad called on Turkish Ambassador to Pakistan Ihsan Mustafa Yurdakul.

Discussions on further improving bilateral trade and economic relations between Pakistan and Turkey.

The delegation of FPCCI comprised on Chairman FPCCI Capital Office Qurban Ali included Former President of Gilgit Small Chamber Shafqat Ali and Muhammad Nawaz from Gujranwala Chamber.

Speaking on the occasion, FPCCI Capital Office Chairman Qurban Ali stressed on further strengthening of bilateral trade and relations between Pakistan and Turkey and said that it is time to increase the volume of bilateral trade between the two countries.

He highlighted various investment opportunities in Pakistan in the Sectors of oil and gas, mines and mineral, gem stones, tourism, information technology, food processing, agriculture, dairy products, furniture, hotel and resorts.

He further said that the experience of Turkish tourism sector can be utilized for the development of the tourism sector.

Half of the world’s highest peaks are in Pakistan and the current government is also paying special attention for the promotion of tourism.
