Zahoor Babar Afridi, District Police Officer Abbottabad has asked the peoples from civil society to join hands of police to curb the crimes from the society and to make the district free from narcotics and other crimes.
This he said while talking to group of senior journalists of Abbottabad at his office on Friday.
DPO said that all out efforts are being done to improve the professional skill and is making all out efforts to maintain law and order situation under control for which he quoted the recent example of tackling the issue of desecration professionally and maintained the peace and harmony of the city with the collaboration of district administration, notables of the area including Ulema and other stake holders.
Afridi further said that police is taking concrete steps against the narcotics sellers.
