Pak Sarzameen Party Chairman Mustafa Kamal on Friday said that Bilawal Bhutto Zardari was so furious over the arrest of PML-N leader Captain Safdar, that he contacted the Army Chief, and talked to the Prime Minister on the matter, but he did not even get bothered over the approval of wrong census of Karachi.

The reason is obvious, because PPP supports this controversial census as it is well aware of the fact that if the census is carried out accurately, PPP’s rule in Sindh will come to an end forever.

Kamal said once the correct census is done, whoever wins from Karachi, will be in a clear position to form the government in Sindh. PTI has 14 MNA and 25 MPA seats from Karachi, but the Prime Minister by approving the controversial census from his cabinet has stabbed Karachi on its back.

Pakistan’s independence is just a paperwork. Even today, the ruling elite of colonial mindset of slavery has not only grabbed the rights and resources of the people, but also are acting like the lords of the people. Even after losing a part of the country, no lesson was learned. The rulers who urge the people to be patriotic are not ready to give real freedom to the people. Landlords and waderas are afraid to count the people correctly.

Kamal asked the Prime Minister Imran Khan to keep the census controversial and don’t push Karachi against the wall. “Otherwise, we know how to take the just rights by going to any length.”

He warned the rulers if they use government machinery against us, we too will come out of homes, wearing shroud. In the next phase, there will be demonstrations in many places on our call and protests will continue until the current census is formally declared controversial.”

Despite sheer discrimination in 2018 elections, PSP has emerged as the strongest political force, the people of Karachi should not lose their hope. PSP will go to any length for the rights of Karachi.

He expressed these views while addressing the protest demonstration organized by his party at Liaquatabad No. 10.
