Pak Sarzameen Party Chairman Syed Mustafa Kamal on Friday said that the corr.upt and biased government of Sindh did not want to hold Local Bodies’ elections in Sindh under the guise of controversial census.

The so-called and self-proclaimed champions of democracy are not only ignoring the local bodies elections in order to seize public power and resources, but are not serious about solving public problems.

The Election Commission should reject the excuse of the Sindh government and announce the schedule of local bodies elections in Sindh. Like the last general election, local body elections should be held on the basis of the previous census so that the basic problems of the people can be solved.Due to the indifferent attitude of the PPP, the people of Sindh are very frenzied. If the people, crushed by inflation, take to the streets to claim their rights,  only the rulers will be responsible for the deteriorating law and order situation.

Kamal expressed these views while reviewing the preparations for a Paushtunjalsa by the PSP at Al-Asif Square, Sohrab Goth, while talking to a large number of Pashtun youth.

Syed Mustafa Kamal further said that PPP wants to show less population of urban Sindh in order to prolong its rule and maintain its hold on Sindh. If the PTI approves the controversial census results, it will not only deceive the people of Sindh, including Karachi, but also push them towards slavery for generations.

The census is a matter of survival for our generations. PSP will not leave the people alone on the issue of census and is ready to go beyond any limits.
