Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) Tuesday forecast cold and dry weather in most parts of the country during next 24 hours.
While very cold weather is expected in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa, Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan and north Balochistan whereas westerly wave is present over upper parts of the country and may persist for next 12 hours,a MET office reported.
Meteorological Karachi department on Tuesday predicted partly cloudy weather with cool night and misty morning in the metropolis over the next 24 hours. The minimum and maximum temperatures are expected to remain from 11 to 13 and 30 to 32 degree centigrade, respectively with 70 to 80 percent humidity, in Karachi over the next 24 hours.
Dry weather with cool or cold night and hazy or misty morning is likely to prevail over the province of Sindh during the next 24 hours. The Bahawalpur Met Office has forecast dry to partly cloudy and cold weather for city for next 24 hours. The highest maximum temperature 27 centigrade and the lowest minimum 12 centigrade were recorded during last 24 hours.—APP
