Inter-provincial drug dealer gang arrested from Malir district, said SSP MalirIrfan Bahadur on Tuesday.Five accused, including the ringleader of the drug gang were arrested.
The accused were also involved in murder, attempted murder, robbery and robbery in Sindh and other provinces. Police raided Saleh Mohammad Goth Gharibabad area of Shah Latif on intelligence information. More than a kilogram of fine quality cannabis, various types of illegal weapons along with ammunition were recovered from the possession of the accused. 20 stolen and snatched motorcycles were also taken into custody on the identification of the accused. The arrested accused used to bring various types of drugs from other provinces and supply them to Karachi. Details of cases registered against the arrested accused in police stations of Sindh and other provinces of Pakistan are being obtained. Data of murder, attempted murder and other cases registered against the arrested accused were obtained in different police stations of Karachi. The arrested accused include Wali Muhammad, Qalandar Bakhsh, Muhammad Hanif, Saddam Hussain and Khuda Bakhsh.
A case has been registered against the arrested accused. Weapons recovered from the accused were sent for forensic examination
