Rawalpindi – A girl was injured after Indian troops resorted unprovoked firing along the Line of Control, targeting civilian population, said military’s media wing on Friday.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Indian forces committed ceasefire violations in the Chirikot sector, using heavy weaponary and mortar shells in the firing.
Due to the indiscriminate firing, 18-yaer-old Ansa suffered serious injuries.
The Pakistan Army gave befitting response, targeting Indian check-posts, said ISPR.
