ISLAMABAD – The price of a single tola 24-karat gold on Tuesday reached Rs112,850 in Pakistan after a surge of Rs300 announced Karachi Sarafa Association.
The price of the precious metal was stood at Rs112,550 yesterday. Ten gram of 24-karat gold was traded at Rs96,750 after an increase of Rs257.
Meanwhile, one tola of 22k gold was traded for Rs103,446 while the price of the ten grams of 22k gold increased to Rs88,688 in the local market.
The precious commodity also witnessed an increase in the international market where the per ounce price of gold surged by $10 to reach $1844.
However, silver prices remained unchanged as a single tola was traded at the previous price of Rs1,300 while 10 grams silver was sold at Rs1114.5.
