RAHUL Gandhi, Vice-President of the Indian Congress, has said that democracy in India is now only “imaginary”. In this context, humanitarian circles have drawn the attention of international organizations on the occasion of Christmas to the massacre of eleven Hindus in India on 11 August 2020. Everyone knows that on 11 August 2020, the way eleven Hindus from Pakistan were brutally murdered in India, an example of which may not even be found. Even worse was the fact that the Indian government had not yet released the post-mortem report of the eleven Hindus who had been killed. Due to this brutality of Modi government, some more Hindu families who went to India have returned back to Pakistan. In this backdrop every conscious being in the world is amazed that when 1/5 fifth of 21st Century has passed, there may be a region in the world where it is possible to show such barbarism only on racial issues; the same is the case with occupied Kashmir and Palestine.
But those who are aware of Hindu Dharma are saddened by this tragedy, but not at all surprised because the roots of racial discrimination in upper-class Hindu society are so deep that time may not be able to break them and there is a regular background to these racist policies. That’s why the Member National Assembly and head of Pakistan Hindu Council Ramesh Kumar have demanded from the United Nations that all those involved in this heinous crime be prosecuted in accordance with the laws laid down by the United Nations and justice should be done to the slain Pakistani Hindus. He also said that some people went astray and tried to get Indian citizenship because they thought that there were better conditions for them inside India, but after going there, they realized the true picture of present India. Independent observers say everyone knows that 11 August is celebrated as Minority Rights Day because what Quaid-i-Azam said on 11 August 1947, just 3 days before the establishment of Pakistan, regarding the protection of minorities, can be written in golden letters in history. But on the other hand, it is very unfortunate that the unfortunate Hindu family belonging to the Bheel (Untouchable) tribe of Tharparkar who settled in Jodhpur, a city in the Indian state of Rajasthan, eight years ago, eleven of its members were mysteriously killed on the morning of 09 August. It may be recalled that this Hindu family had resided in a farmhouse in Lodta village of Decho area of Jodhpur. Family members were mysteriously found dead in the morning, according to locals.
According to Indian police officials, only one member of the family survived. There were rumours circulating in the Indian media that all members of the family had been poisoned, but the Indian media remained silent on the matter at the behest of the Delhi government. Impartial circles suspected that the Hindu family was killed at the behest of the BJP or the RSS. In this context, observers have expressed the view that on one side is Quaid-i-Azam’s Pakistan and on the other side is India under Modi. This is not the first case of migrants from Pakistan being killed in India. Pakistani forces provide full assistance to Hindu families during a natural disaster in Pakistan while Hindus migrating from Pakistan to India do not even get shelter. The position of the extremists in India is that it belongs only to the upper-class Hindus. It is a sign of RSS bullying and extremism that the Hindu family who left Pakistan was brought to an end. The ruling clique of Delhi persuaded these innocent people to come to India by enticing them but after arriving in India, these unfortunate Hindus found out that they had been deceived by RAW and had committed a blatant mistake and the ground realities are the complete opposite of Indian claims.
For this reason, some of these people returned to Pakistan, but their other comrades were exposed to the fanaticism of fanatical Hindus. In Jodhpur, eleven Hindus lost their lives in mysterious circumstances. In such a scenario, it is to be expected that the international human rights organizations, Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International will play their humanitarian role in bringing the circles involved in the killing of these eleven Hindus to their logical conclusion. In addition, Muslims and other minorities living in India, as well as Kashmiris will be paid due attention. In this context, Federal Minister for Human Rights Shireen Mazari has clarified that the government of Pakistan has lodged a written complaint with the UN regarding the eleven Pakistani Hindus who were killed and hopefully the United Nations will live up to its responsibilities in this regard.
