Associate Professor of Pulmonology at Postgraduate Medical Institute & Lahore General Hospital Dr. Irfan Malik has successfully obtained FRCP (Glasg) Degree from the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons, Glasgow.
Principal Ameer Uddin Medical College & LGH Prof. Dr. Sardar Muhammad Al-freed Zafar has congratulated Dr. Irfan Malik on this achievement and wished him further success in the field of medical education and research in the future as well. He said that Dr. Irfan Malik performed his duties with utmost professional dedication and responsibility for the treatment and guidance of the patients coming to LGH during the Corona epidemic for which we all praise him. Principal PGMI said that Dr. Irfan was truly deserving of the great honor of Fellowship which he has earned after hard work. He further said that young doctors should always strive for higher education and research work as the thirst for knowledge never ends. He said that man is always a student and with each passing day he gets newer and newer. Principal PGMI further said that as per teaching of Islam learning and this process continues from “mahad” to “lahad”. Prof. Al-freed said that for better care of patients, young doctors should also learn latest technology so that they can be able to face every challenge. Principal AMC/LGH issued congratulatory letter to Dr. Irfan Malik officially on his success.
