INDIAN BJP government has gone berserk in its enmity against Pakistan. The whole world is witnessed to the fact as to how Pakistan has always made its utmost efforts to take the matters towards normalization with India but the other side has always treaded the opposite course. In fact there is no end of Indian hostilities as it has opened multiple fronts to hurt the interests of Pakistan.
At an important presser in Abdu Dhabi, Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said India is planning a surgical strike against Pakistan after tacit approval from important players who they consider to be their partners. Given the Indian posture especially under Modi Junta, the very statement of the Foreign Minister cannot be taken lightly or ignored at all. And if New Delhi goes ahead with its plans, the responsibility of pushing the already volatile region into a conflict will also rest with those capitals which have backed this misadventure. Instead of becoming a partner in Indian crimes, these capitals should demonstrate sagacity and maturity and stop India from undertaking any ill conceived activity against Pakistan. Any conflict between the two nuclear neighbours will have catastrophic consequences not only for the region but the world at large. As already stated by our Foreign Office and Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi, the country’s defence forces are fully prepared and ready to give a notch up response to the Indian action. The memories of the dog fight that took place between the air forces of the two countries last year is still fresh in the minds of the people. Despite possessing more advanced technology, it was our Shaheens which shot down their two fighter jets. The result this time around will also not be different as our forces are more professional and battle hardened than the Indians. They are ever ready to bite the dust to the enemy. Rendering life for the homeland is something that they consider a sacred duty. Indeed India is upping the ante only to divert attention from its serious internal issues including the massive protests of farmers, deteriorating situation in occupied Jammu and Kashmir and the mishandling of Covid-19 situation which has also impacted their economy. Reaching a new low in its conduct, the Indian forces on Friday also attacked a UN vehicle carrying the two officers of UNMOGIP in Chirikot Sector of the LoC. The question is whether the UN will act as a silent spectator on the attack on its vehicle as well as the dossier submitted by Pakistan providing irrefutable evidence of Indian terrorism in Pakistan. The world institutions must fulfil their responsibility and impose tight sanctions on India to bring it back to senses.
