On the directives of Senior Supperintndent Police (SSP) Badin, Shabir Ahmed Sethar, Badin police continued drive against criminals and crime in the district. On the tip-off Matli police led by Station House Officer (SHO), Sub Inspector, Allah Dino Panhwar along with staff reached Zardari road of Matli and encountered the criminals and arrested the proclaimed and notorious robber Hameed son of Aaqil Chhajro while a Repeater was also recovered from the possession of arrested criminal.
According Badin police, arrest of criminal was announced by Sindh Home department with head money of RS 300 thousands.The police claimed that arrested proclaimed criminal was involved in kidnapping for ransom, theft, murder, police encounter, illegal possession of weapons and other 14 FIRs of different crimes in KN Shah, Fareedabad, Matli and other police stations.
On the other hand, SSP Badin has announced cash prize and appreciation for SHO Matli and police party for their laudable performance and efficient role against criminals and crime. The police also claimed that arrested notified criminal was involved in murder of Shaheed Inspector Murtaza Memon, SHO of Tharari Mohbat police station of Dadu district during encounter in the year 2004.
