Commissioner Multan division Javed Akhtar Mahmood said that trader community was backbone of country’s economy and administration would take all possible steps to resolve trader’s issues. Commissioner Multan division expressed these views while talking to Multan Chamber of commerce and Industry delegation led by Khawaja Salahuddin at his office here on Thursday. He said that the doors of Commissioner office were opened for everyone. Javed Akhtar said that tree plantation was being made on large scale in the city in which they have obtained cooperation of traders and philanthropists. He urged the traders community to cooperate with administration against encroachment adding that making city clean and beautiful is responsibility all of us. Commissioner said that Deputy Commissioners across the Multan division were given task for making filtration plants functional.—APP
