Motorway Police renews pledge on 23rd anniversary

The National Highway and Motorway Police celebrated its 23rd anniversary and the officials distributed informative pamphlets to the general public to create awareness about traffic laws. To mark the day, a ceremony was organised at the NH&MP Building Complex here at Babu Sabu in the City.
Motorway Police DIG Sultan Ahmad Chaudhry was the special guest besides a large number of Motorway Police officers also attend the ceremony.
Speaking on the occasion, DIG Sultan Ch reiterated the commitment that the Motorway Police would work day and night for the integrity and dignity of the country. He said that the safety of life and property of the passengers would be ensured. The DIG said that the NH&MP was a pioneer of friendly and professional police culture in the country. He said his department is committed to making motorways and highways safe for travel. The motorway police officials also distributed sweets and flowers to children travelling on the road. The officials of motorway police distributed fresh flowers and gift hampers to the commuters as part of 23rd anniversary celebrations of Motorway Police.
