The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) claimed to have arrested two alleged terrorists of proscribed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) near a private hospital in Sargodha.
The CTD also recovered the literature of TTP as well as arms the suspects.
According to a spokesperson for the CTD, the two terrorists were arrested during operation conducted near a hospital in the suburban area of Bhagtanwala. The arrested terrorists were identified as Irfan and Noman. The literature of proscribed TTP was also recovered from the terrorists.
The CTD spokesperson said that both of the terrorists belong to Sargodha and they have been shifted to an undisclosed location for further investigation.
A case against both of the terrorists has been registered at the CTD Sargodha station.
15 SCHOOLCHILDREN INJURED
As many as 15 students of a local school got injured after a speeding car hit a school rickshaw and a motorcycle.
The incident took place near Girls College Friday morning when a speeding car hit a school rickshaw and motorcycle injuring 15 students. The injured were rushed to the hospital and they are being provided medical treatment therein.
