Deputy Commissioner Sialkot Zeeshan Javed said that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was sent by Allah Almighty as a mercy for all the worlds. Their standards of teachings are the guarantee of success in this world and the hereafter. He expressed these views while addressing a peace seminar organized by the district administration at Anwar Club Auditorium in connection with Shahan Rehmat-ul-Alamin on Monday.
DPO Sialkot Hassan Asad Alvi, Sahibzada Mohammad Hamid Raza, Chairman Divisional Peace Committee Gujranwala Qari Muhammad Saleem Zahid, Vice Chairman District Peace and Corps Management Committee Hafiz Asghar Ali Cheema, Assistant Commissioner Suleiman Akbar, CEMCS Faisal Shehzad, Allama Syed Safdar Hussain Gilani, Syed Musa Haider Zaidi, Allama Muhammad Waqas, President District Bar Association Sialkot Syed Ali Najam Gilani and other attended the seminar.
Addressing the seminar, other speakers said that Islam conveys the message of security and peace. The most important need of the hour is to promote peace and brotherhood in the society so that the internal and external enemies of the country do not succeed in their nefarious aims. They further said that every member of the society should play his vital role to promote peace and cooperation in good deeds so that every individual in the society could get freedom and justice. At the end of the seminar, prayers were offered for the development, stability and prosperity of the country and the nation.
