Provincial Ombudsman Ijaz Ali Khan called on Sindh Governor Imran Ismail at Governor House on Tuesday. He presented the annual performance report of the institution for 2019 to the Governor of Sindh. On this occasion, the Governor said that the steps taken by the Provincial Ombudsman in preventing misuse of powers of government officers and employees in the province and expeditious resolution of pending issues in government agencies are commendable. He further said that the decisions of the provincial ombudsman were also giving an opportunity to the government departments to reform themselves, especially in providing free justice to the provincial ombudsman. Ijaz Ali Khan told the Sindh Governor that all measures are being taken to expand the scope of the institution.
