Directionless opp lacks political acumen: Buzdar Claims government is unmoved and will complete its five years tenure

Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar on Friday asserted that the opposition is directionless and lacks political acumen.
The chief minister regretted that the opposition has no agenda and made it clear the government is not bothered over public meetings.
These elements, in fact, want to protect their corruption in the garb of rallies but the accountability of the corrupt will continue under PM Imran Khan because PTI is mandated to eliminate corruption and it will not deviate from it. The CM asserted the people have already rejected the politics of chaos and they would not side with such elements.
Meanwhile, the PTI government is fully engaged in public service and the journey of public service will continue. There is a threat of the second wave of corona and the political agitators should avoid playing with the lives of the people because the virus can spread due to corona SOPs violation, concluded the CM.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s mandate is to end corruption which will not be compromised. People had earlier rejected the politics of anarchy and will also not support it now,” Buzdar said and added “The PTI government is serving public whereas the opposition is busy inraising slogans only.
The chief minister strongly condemned terrorists attack on the convoy of OGDCL and expressed deep sense of sorrow and grief over the martyrdom of security officials.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar, on the occasion of World Food Day, inaugurated five new initiatives to provide quality food to the citizens.
A ceremony organised by Punjab Food Authority was held at CM office in this regard on Friday. The chief minister inaugurated Motorway Squad and New Operational Team Bike Squad, provision of lactos can machines, free milk testing and body cam surveillance system.
The chief minister also inspected lactoscan machine, body cam, mobile milk testing laboratory and motorcycles of bike squad.
He lauded the measures taken by Punjab Food Authority for ensuring the availability of quality food to the citizens. DG Punjab Food Authority Irfan Memon briefed the Chief Minister.
Buzdar said that Punjab government, on the occasion of World Food Day has taken initiatives for providing safe and quality food to the citizens. First time Motorway Squad has been constituted for inspecting the food points situated at Motorway at Sukkhke, Sial Mor, Bhera, Kallar Kahar and Chakri Rest Areas and will take legal action against those elements who involved in adulteration.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar chaired top huddle to discuss the minimum price of sugarcane as the sugarcane crushing season is about to begin in the province.
During the meeting, the minimum price for a maund of sugarcane was fixed at Rs200. It was decided that the crushing season will formally begin across the districts of South Punjab by November 10 of the current year. Which will be followed with the crushing season in remaining districts of Punjab by November 15.
