Khawja does not turn up before NAB

Senior PML-N leader Khawaja Asif did not appear before the NAB office in Lahore in connection with the Iqama case. The NAB had asked Khawaja Asif to appear with details of residence and company letter.
His lawyer Najamul Hassan appeared before the investigation team and submitted a reply.
Talking to media, lawyer Najamul Hassan said that NAB could not summon Khawaja Asif after the Supreme Court’s ruling. The Supreme Court has issued a detailed judgment in the Khawaja Asif ineligibility case.
Khawaja Asif’s lawyer further said that the National Accountability Bureau has submitted the ruling of the Supreme Court. NAB officials are fully satisfied in this regard.
