IT minister for more representation of women in PSEB programmes

Federal Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication Aminul Haque has directed the management of Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) to increase the ratio of women in all programmes of the PSEB.
He gave these directions while chairing the 44th Board of Directors (BoD) meeting of PSEB at committee room of Ministry of IT on Thursday.
Federal Secretary IT Shoaib Ahmad Siddiqui was also present in the meeting. Syed Amin Ul Haque said that women empowerment is important motto of Ministry of IT.
He said transparency in all projects is vital and all decisions should be taken on merit. The Federal Minister for IT also appreciated PSEB efforts regarding increase in IT exports. The meeting also discussed matters related to PSEB working and IT exports. It also approved minutes of the previous Board meeting.
Earlier, MD PSEB Osman Nasir briefed the meeting about future roadmap of PSEB.
