The Sindh government has decided to provide financial assistance to rain-affected people The government has directed the deputy commissioners of the affected districts, including Karachi, to estimate the losses It has called for a detailed report of rain damage from the concerned deputy commissioners. The deputy commissioners has been directed to submit the damage report to the Relief Department within seven days It is to note that catastrophic rains have caused extensive damage to people’s homes, businesses, crops and household appliances in the province.
