Over sixty percent of our youth are now enjoying higher education facility after the establishment of private sectors universities in the country, while in the past only ten percent youth was able to avail such facility through public sector universes. The youth are advised not to consider the universities as a source of distribution of degrees only, here you can learn a lot besides getting quality education which may help them to prove a very successful citizen in the society. This was stated by Associate Dean, Business Administration Faculty, Mohammad Ali Jinnah University (MAJU) Prof. Dr. Shujaat Mubarak while addressing an orientation session held for the fresh students at University campus, yesterday on the start of new semester Spring-2020 from today. The new students were briefed about MAJU academic activities, academic calendar, rules & regulations, dress code, student’s societies and clubs, Sports, library, labs and other facilities on this occasion. Senior teachers of the University in their briefing given to the students told that now they will get education here in a very different way in comparison to their school and college education. They said that instead of annual examination system previously, they will appear in midterm and final examination during every semester to get better CGPA points. Senior teachers also asked the students to continue their focus on books reading rather than giving more time to computer or mobile phones.
