6.1 magnitude earthquake hits Turkiye

An earthquake of magnitude 6.1 struck Turkiye the German Research Centre for Geosciences (GFZ) said on Wednesday.

The quake was at a depth of 10 kilometers (6.21 miles) GFZ said.

People came out of their houses and buildings out of fear while currently there are no reports of damages.
