In a momentous event at The Women University Multan, 548 female students received laptops under the Prime Minister’s Laptop Scheme. The distribution ceremony was graced by the presence of Iram Shehzadi, Additional Deputy Commissioner, as the distinguished special guest, and Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Kulsoom Pracha as guest of honor.
The initiative aims to nurture a knowledge-based society by empowering students through digital literacy. The laptops were distributed to students based on pure merit, after a rigorous verification process. Iram Shahzai, the Additional Deputy Commissioner, underscored the pivotal role of modern technology in today’s ever-evolving world. She eloquently expressed that the initiative perfectly aligned with the contemporary needs of the society.
