4th Al-Khidmat virtual youth gathering held

Under the volunteer program of Al-Khidmat Foundation, a “Fourth Al-Khidmat Virtual Youth Gathering” was organized to promote the spirit of volunteer service among the youth.
The special guest of the function held at Al-Khidmat Complex was Punjab Governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar. President Khidmat Foundation Muhammad Abdul Shakoor, Vice President Dr Muhammad Mushtaq Mangat, Secretary General Shahid Iqbal, Chairman Khidmat Health Foundation Dr Hafeezur Rehman, Senator Sirajul Haq, President Khidmat Women Wing Trust Naveeda Anis, Chief Innovative Officer Dr Zalmi Foundation Venturer Dr Omar Saif, CEO Million Smiles Foundation Zeeshan Afzal and a large number of people from various walks of life including Youth Societies attended. The 4th Service Youth Gathering’s slogan was “Confession of Service” and consisted of various sessions, including lectures and panel discussions on Corona’s Impact on Higher Education, Technology Trend and Volunteerism, Digital Tools and Volunteerism, and Recipes of Success. Virtual Youth Gathering was watched live by thousands on social media. Addressing the function, the Punjab governor said that the services rendered by Al-Khidmat Foundation to the youth were commendable.
The Al-Khidmat Foundation has provided an excellent platform for young people to promote and perform their passion for volunteerism. Abdul Shakoor said that youth are the future and hope and the youth should make life meaningful as living for others is the real life. Organizing events like Youth Gathering will give an opportunity to the youth to understand the real purpose of their life. Dr. Muhammad Mushtaq Mangat said that the purpose of organizing Youth Gathering is to inculcate the spirit of volunteerism in the youth so that they can serve humanity in their life. Make a goal. Other speakers from Youth Gathering also addressed the participants. Like every year, in this Youth Gathering, Founder Al-Khidmat Women Wing Trust Nasira Ilyas to organize the work of serving the people in women while Founder Red Foundation Mahmood Ahmad in the field of education. In recognition of their services, Nematullah Khan was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award.
