KARACHI –The National Savings Centre (NSC) Sialkot will hold the last draw of Rs40,000 prize bond in December 2025 with people hoping to grab mega cash prize.
Contrary to the national prize bonds, the Premium prize bond is a registered prize bond which is issued in the name of registered investor. The investor gets a six monthly profit on investment at a rate notified by the Government of Pakistan upon completion of six month period either from the date of issue or date of last profit paid in addition to eligibility for prize money in quarterly draws, subject to compliance to shut period requirements.
The premium prize bond scheme is operated by Central Directorate of National Savings (CDNS).
Each bond has a unique alpha-numeric number where the alpha denotes the series and the number reflects bond serial number, providing equal chances to win the mega prizes.
40000 Prize Bond Prize Amount
The winner of first prize of Rs40,000 prize bond takes home Rs80 million while the cash prize for three second winners stands at Rs30 million each. The third prize stands at Rs500,00.

The National Savings Centre Sialkot will conduct the draw of Rs40,000 Premium prize bond on December 10, 2025.
40000 Prize Bond Draw Winners September 2025
The first prize of Rs80 million has been grabbed by holder of the prize bond number 095187 while three second prizes of Rs30 million each have been won by 529927, 627732 and 771967.
Tax Deduction
As per the government policy, the premium prize bonds and profit earned on them are exempted from compulsory deduction of Zakat.
However, withholding tax on both the profit and prize money shall be applicable as per the prevailing rate notified by the federal government.
Persons, who are filers, are subject to 15 percent withholding tax while it is 30% for non-filers.
