A pitiless man tortured to death his four-year step-son. Police arrested the accused. According to details, suspect Usman tortured to death four-year Chand and took his body to Pakpattan. Police shifted the body back to Lahore where postmortem report confirmed that death was result of torture.
The police arrested the accused Usman and after registering a case into the incident started investigation.
It should be mentioned here that the detainee got married with mother of Chand some three week earlier and he used to torture step-children.
