Three children died under mysterious circumstances in Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Fort Abbas on Friday.
According to hospital sources, the three minor children died in the THQ Hospital Fort Abbas due to unknown reasons, leaving the affected families in rage and agony against the incident.
The Bahawalnagar deputy commissioner has taken notice of the incident and ordered an investigation to ascertain reasons behind the death of the children. The sources informed that reason(s) behind the death of the minors has not yet been determined.
Meanwhile to answer the question as to how or why the children died, the deputy commissioner has ordered a thorough investigation under the supervision of Assistant Commissioner Fort Abbas.
On the other hand, Health Officer Dr Asfandyar said that let the probing committee comes up with its findings, the authorities will take a stern action against those responsible for the incident.
