The new strain of coronavirus, which is wreaking havoc in the United Kingdom for the last few days, has reached Pakistan.
According to health officials, at least 24 air passengers who recently arrived in Lahore have been tested positive for the new strain of coronavirus, which is more lethal than the previous strain, spreads with much more speed and kills more people than the previous strain of the virus. Already, Pakistan is trying to grapple with the second wave of coronavirus across the country. The government recently closed the educational institutions and restricted the movement of people across the nation in an effort to curb the spread of the pandemic in the country.
