Wildlife Red Squad Gujranwala on receiving the information of illegal hunting in Nandipur Plantation during a successful raid arrested fourteen hunters red-handed with bloodthirsty hunting dogs engaged in illegal hunting of deer, wild boar and rabbit.
According to authorities, sixteen hunting dogs and one Sutter were taken into custody and after issuing a challan under the Wildlife Act, the arrested accused were locked up in the Civil Line police station.
According to details, on receiving a tip-off about illegal hunting, under the direction of Deputy Director Wildlife Gujranwala Asim Bashir Cheema, Wildlife Red Squad Gujranwala under the leadership of Wildlife Inspector Mohammad Umeer raided Nandipur Plantation with bloodthirsty hunting dogs.
