Cold, dry weather likely


islamabad—Mainly cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next twenty-four hours. However, shallow foggy conditions likely to prevail in plain areas of Punjab and upper Sindh during morning hours. Meanwhile, the Quetta Met Office has forecast a dry and very cold weather for the provincial capital during next 24 hours.
On Sunday, the highest maximum temperature 14 centigrade and the lowest minimum 02 centigrade were recorded in the metropolis. The dry weather has been forecast for rest of the region. While the Peshawarl Met Office Sunday forecast cold and dry weather for most parts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
However partly cloudy weather is expected at isolated places in Chitral, Upper Dir, Swat, Buner, Shangla, Abbottabad, Battagram and Kohistan Districts for next 24 hours.
The met office also predicted cold and dry weather for most parts of KP for next 48 hours.—APP
