Thank you PM

Prime Minister Imran Khan has become an inspiration to so many people. His commitment to bring peace and stability are two incredible measures.

The Sikh community feels glad and expresses gratitude to the premier for facilitating them to visit Gurdwara Darbar Sahib and perform their religious rituals.

PM made Kartarpur Corridor operational in 2019 on Guru Nanak’s 550th birth anniversary to allow pilgrims to visit Kartarpur Sahib Gurdwara.

Gurdwara Darbar Sahib is the resting place of Guru Nanak, the founder of Sikhism in Pakistan which Kartarpur Corridor links.

The Indian Sikhs visit the temple in Pakistan every year and the corridor has been reopened on the 552nd birth anniversary. Approximately 300 Sikhs have performed their religious rituals.

Navjot Singh Sidhu, an Indian prominent politician and a former cricketer, has warmly been welcomed upon his arrival in Pakistan by the chief executive officer of Kartarpur Corridor Project Management Unit on the behalf of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
For the facilitation of the pilgrims arriving in Pakistan, special measures havebeen taken.

Sidhu has thanked the primier and considered him his “elder brother.” Pakistan can build new friendship relationship with India. There is a need of a mutual love between the two countries. Pakistan is already working to bring peace since long.

An expedition towards Ziarat

Ziarat is a historical place which is blessed with different scenic beauty. Once while I visited it stole my whole heart. For a moment or more, to me it seems like nature is life.

Mountains are as high as possible, although those were not from Karakorum or Hindu Kush ranges but still they are snow covered mounts like Switzerland. It feels like somewhat childish or crazy but yes, further it changed my views of life.

Well, that was just the entry now let’s have a flashback back towards entrance. My goodness! I was asleep during all my journey.

And it was my fortune, just as we were in, the droplets of rain touched my eyes which resulted in making me awake.

And then as far as I could spread my eyes there were green tall and short, thin and thick trees blessed with flowers and several fruits stretching as far as one could see.

With intention of visiting each well-known tourist spot, we began our destination. At the very beginning, we visited Ziarat Residency where the great man Quaid-e-Azam spent his last days. Not only the Quaid-e-Azam’s Residency but also its outer look was awe-inspiring.

Spending a few minutes there, like after capturing some photos, enjoying the weather, we further moved toward the Rest House after which my eyes caught a breathtaking site namely Sandeman Tangi.

Despite all these, we spent a few minutes in Jinnah Park, further a short visit in Baba Kharwari which is just 8km from Ziarat town.

All in one, the best place to me in Ziarat town was the juniper tree which was tree shaped just as Allah’s name.

Anyhow, a few other areas in Ziarat town which are well-known for their scenic beauty are Raisham Tangi and Manna dam.

Accordingly, the juniper forest is the most interesting scenery which plays an integral role in attracting tourists. Thus, it was a brief but joyful and momentous expedition.

Government’s irresponsibility

The suicide contagion in Pakistan has not come to an end owing to a lot of social and societal dilemmas.

There are multiple causes of deteriorating mental health for the Pakistani public. One of the main reasons for the surging number of suicide cases is improper nurture as well as malnutrition and failure of decent access to livelihood.

Most of the Pakistani nationals have been living below the poverty line which is even going from bad to worse owing to soaring inflation. People are helpless to bring two square meals for their children and see no sight but suicide.

The higher ratio of suicide cases is of youth because of many factors like financial dependency, rising unemployment and parental pressure are bringing to meet the death.

A lot of stress and no mental health awareness is also a factor that leads to but wasting one’s life. Society is also an obstacle to curing mental health problems and lack of access to psychiatrists and mental health specialists.

The government’s irresponsibility is aggravating the injuries as it is paying no/less attention to addressing one of the most dilemmas of the country.

Every successive government of the country is struggling to fill their wallets as no single administration has ever worked for the public to resolve their problems and make them mend.

A helpline must be created so that may generate ease to resolve any kind of problems associated with mental health.

Artificial rain

The daily ranking in compiled by IQ Air, a Swiss air quality technology company, which reveals that air quality of Lahore is not satisfactory to breath in.

Many countries like Kuwait, the UAE and Russia have used artificial rain to precipitate rain over arid regions of their territory. As there appears to be no immediate let up in severity in smog of Lahore.

Dr Munawar Sabir, Director of Punjab University’s Centre for Integrated Mountain Research (CIMR) plans to generate artificial rainfall for five to six hours, then smog would be encountered as small particles that made up of smog will be washed away.

The people of Pakistan think that it is Dajjali’s temptation and it is against our religion. Without clouds, there can be no artificial rain.

This is like planting crops, what some farmers do of spraying chemicals that cause quicker growth does not mean that it is contrary to what is said in Qur’an.

Rather it is the Almighty (SWT), may he be Exalted, Who has enabled them to do that and taught them how to do it.

Artificial rain is being used in Lahore to reduce pollution and to lessen the smog to end level.

But, it is a very costly technique. It will cause serious implications on Lahore. Due to this; acidity level increases in Lahore which causes some serious health diseases for the inhabitants and monuments.
