Meezan Bank Visa Atm Card New Charges From July 2026

LAHORE – All public and private banks in Pakistan issue schedule of charges biannually, revising their charges for various services.

Meezan Bank also issued new schedule of charges for the period of July-December 2026 to keep its customers updated.

It has also updated the issuance and annual fee structure for its range of debit cards, with charges varying according to the type of card.

Meezan Bank ATM Card Issuance, Annual Charges

Visa Card 

Under the revised schedule, the Visa Classic Debit Card carries an issuance fee of Rs3,500 and an annual fee of Rs3,500, while the Visa Gold Card is priced at Rs4,500 for both issuance and annual renewal.

Customers opting for the Visa Platinum Card will pay Rs10,000 each for issuance and annual charges, whereas the Visa Infinite Card has an issuance fee of Rs45,000 and an equivalent annual fee.

Among the specialised Visa cards, the Women First Card is available with an issuance fee of Rs500 and an annual fee of Rs3,500.

The Kids & Teens Card is issued free of charge but carries an annual fee of Rs1,250, while the Student Card remains free for both issuance and annual renewal.

MasterCard

For MasterCard users, the Classic Debit Card has an issuance and annual fee of Rs3,500 each. The Titanium Card is priced at Rs5,000 for both issuance and annual charges, while the World Card carries a fee of Rs27,500 for issuance as well as annual renewal.

The Foreign Currency (FCY) Debit Card is subject to an issuance fee of USD 15 and an annual fee of USD 15.

PayPak

The PayPak Debit Card has an issuance fee of Rs2,500 and an annual fee of Rs2,500, according to the updated fee schedule.
