ISLAMABAD – A shadowy vehicle sparked frenzy among Pakistan car enthusiasts. Pak Suzuki just teased its latest creation, a vehicle that promises to change the game for Pakistan’s compact SUV market.
The local auto giant dropped mysterious teaser hinting at major new launch at the upcoming PAPS Auto Show in Karachi. The car, hidden under a black cover with only its headlights peeking out, has sparked speculation and excitement among car enthusiasts.
Suzuki Fronx
Clues from the teaser point to the Suzuki Fronx, a subcompact crossover SUV that would mark Suzuki’s first locally assembled crossover in Pakistan. If true, this could shake up the market and rivals.
Price of the upcoming vehicle is expected to be around Rs6 million.
While local specs haven’t been revealed yet, the international Fronx comes with a 1.5L mild-hybrid engine, delivering 102 horsepower, with either a 5-speed manual or automatic gearbox. It also boasts premium features such as a head-up display, wireless charging, Android Auto/Apple CarPlay, and advanced safety systems including six airbags and a 360-degree camera.
