LAHORE – Renowned Pakistani actress Saba Qamar on Thursday praised Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz for her recent initiatives aimed at improving governance and public welfare across the province.
Chief Minister Maryam recently held a high-level meeting with provincial administration officials, instructing commissioners and deputy commissioners to install manhole covers and ensure proper construction of drains on roads to prevent accidents.
A clip from the meeting has gone viral on social media which has drawn widespread attention.
Responding to the viral clip, Saba Qamar commended the CM, saying she has been observing the positive changes across Punjab and believes Maryam Nawaz’s recent directives demonstrate a genuine commitment to progress. “Any step taken for better governance, public welfare, and development deserves appreciation,” she stated.
Saba Qamar added, “Development benefits everyone, and I hope these positive changes continue for the welfare of Punjab and its people.”
