During the month of September, Rescue 1122 Abbottabad responded to a total of 46 incidents, ensuring the safety and well-being of citizens in various emergencies.
According to Sajid Iqbal, the spokesperson for Rescue 1122 Abbottabad, the center received 33,459 calls during the month. It’s important to note, however, that out of this substantial volume, 17,948 were non-emergency calls. This highlights the significance of utilizing emergency services.
Rescue 1122 Abbottabad achieved an average response time of just 7 minutes in September. This remarkable achievement demonstrates their efficiency in providing professional assistance during various critical situations, ensuring the safety of 554 individuals in a timely manner.
The emergencies handled during the month encompassed 48 medical, 357 road traffic accidents, 13 other emergencies (recovery), and 38 other critical incidents. Unfortunately, these incidents resulted in the loss of 7 lives.
