ISLAMABAD – Another blow to inflation-hit Pakistanis as the government is expected to raise petrol prices by Rs13 per litre and high-speed diesel by Rs14 per litre from midnight amid changes in global oil prices.

According to sources, the government has decided to increase the price of petrol by Rs. 13 per litre and high-speed diesel by Rs. 14 per litre. The revised prices are expected to take effect from 12:00 midnight tonight, while an official notification is expected to be issued shortly.
