ROME – The Embassy of Pakistan in Rome has introduced an appointment-based system for services related to the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA).
The services include the National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) and Family Registration Certificate (FRC).
Pakistani community members residing in Italy’s southern region are advised to obtain an appointment before visiting the embassy for NADRA-related services.
Applicants should visit the embassy only after receiving confirmation of their appointment.
The appointment can be obtained through the designated process provided by the Embassy of Pakistan in Rome.
Nadra NICOP Fee in Italy
Pakistanis living in Italy fall under Zone A (USA and Europe) in the fee structure for the Smart National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP), according to the applicable NADRA schedule.
Under the Zone A fee structure, applicants opting for normal processing will pay $39, with delivery expected in around 31 days. Those requiring faster service can choose urgent processing for $57, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 23 days.
For applicants seeking the quickest available option, executive processing costs $75, with delivery expected in around nine days.
