ISLAMABAD – Pakistan condemned the recent US attacks on Iranian nuclear facilities, which followed a series of Israel’s strikes, on Sunday.
“We are deeply concerned about the potential for further escalation of tensions in the region. These attacks violate international law, and Iran has the legitimate right to defend itself under the UN Charter,” stated the Foreign Office Spokesperson in a press release.

The alarming escalation of tension and violence resulting from ongoing aggression against Iran poses serious risks. Any further deterioration of the situation could have damaging implications for the entire region and beyond.
The spokesperson emphasised the critical need to respect civilian lives and properties and to bring the conflict to an immediate end. “All parties must adhere to international law, particularly International Humanitarian Law,” he asserted.
